are we?

Hello and welcome to Property Post Durham! Allow us to introduce ourselves, we are Todd and Jordan Bradbury. A father and son team looking to make your real estate sign installations a dream! We were both born and raised in Durham Region and we continue to still raise our families here. So it’s safe to say we know the area very well!
 
Together we came up with Property Post Durham, a real estate post installation service, servicing the Durham Region and beyond. From Single Posts to Picture Frame Posts in various colours, to sign storage and installation, there is a service for everyone. We pride ourselves on good customer service and will always go above and beyond for you!

We service all around the Durham 
Region!

We service within a 30km radius of our warehouse but no matter where you need us, we’ll be there! Anything outside of the 30km radius is just applicable to a delivery fee.

FAQ's

What is your turnaround time?

We will have your sign installed within 48hrs once payment has been received. *Please note 48hrs does not include weekends or holidays

How do I remove a post?

Post take down or removal can be requested by email sent to [email protected] or by using our removal form on the website.

Do you store my signs and if so what is the cost?
Yes, we offer indoor storage for your signs free of charge. However, Indoor space is very valuable so after one year if you have not used our service we will be in contact with you to arrange a pick up for your signs. We welcome your return at any later point. *Please note if we can not contact you with the contact information provided. Property Post Durham reserves the right to dispose of any materials 
What if I switch Brokerages?
We value your business and would love to continue to work with you. However, Signs from your previous brokerage will have to be arranged for pick up to keep as much storage space as possible. *Please note if your previous signs are not picked up by an agreed upon date. Property Post Durham reserves the right to dispose of any materials 
What happens if my listing doesn't sell within 90 days?
No problem, we allow 120 days without any fees. Beyond 120 days a will result in a fee charged and billed as “extension” fee.
If a post is stolen, missing or damaged at the time of removal is there a charge?
Yes, if the sign is stolen, missing, or damaged beyond repair there is a fee of $100
What happens to my riders when the post is removed?
Branded riders can be kept in our indoor storage, while sold signs will be returned to your office once a month with no additional charge.

What if you need to contact us in an emergency (for example sign on the wrong house) after business hours?
